Premium frame finish
TUUCI’s Premium Collection frame-finish term covers manufacturing defects. It is prorated 10% per year after year five.
Premium textiles and structure
Premium textile terms are 10 years for PXT/MXT, 5 years for CXT, and 3 years for LXT. Structural components carry a 5-year term.
Essential collection
Essential terms include 5 years for frame finish, 3 years for PXT/MXT, 1 year for CXT/LXT, and 1 year for structural components.

Ocean Master MAX covers applications up to 16 × 16 feet, with dual-cantilever coverage up to 8.5 × 17 feet and quad-canopy coverage up to 17 × 17 feet.

Is TUUCI’s warranty transferable?

How do I clean a TUUCI parasol in South Florida?
Rinse surfaces with fresh water, clean aluminum with warm fresh water and a mild non-abrasive cleaner, clean stainless steel with warm fresh water and dry it, and clean the canopy with a hose or soft bristle brush. Do not use chlorine, bleach, abrasive compounds, pressurized air, or pressurized water.
How often should a TUUCI parasol be inspected?
After the first four weeks, inspect moving parts, fasteners, and bolts, then repeat that inspection every three months. TUUCI recommends an annual inspection of the complete anchoring system by a TUUCI dealer.
Can TUUCI parasols be repaired instead of replaced?
Many TUUCI frame, mast, and canopy components are designed to be replaceable. Replacement parts are available through qualified dealers.
